In 2019, new doors opened for AMG-Uganda to partner with Woord en Daad, an organization with core values centered on making God’s kingdom visible by improving the lives of vulnerable people. This mission aligns perfectly with AMG-Uganda’s vision of “Equipping for a Perfect Presentation” by demonstrating God’s love holistically to those in need through education, health, economic support, and spiritual care. This partnership has led to the establishment of two child development centers in the heart of Kampala, in Kamwokya, and in northern Uganda, in Otuke. Sustainable change has been achieved through various programs implemented at the child development centers. A sustainable borehole was dug at Olilim Secondary School, providing water for both the community and the school. Agricultural training is offered to the parents of the sponsored children and community members. In Kamwokya, there is a mushroom project, while in Otuke, we focus on Participatory Integrated Planning (PIP).
